Shipping Domestic

Shipping in Denmark with DAO - please state your phone number when ordering.

You will receive a notice when the order is shipped and an additional sms with a link to follow your order

Shipping International

Shipping international through danish Post Nord and their partners worldwide. If possible we will ship with DAO to international customers. You will receive two emails - one when we ship your order and a follow up from Post Nord with your tracking number within 24 hours. Let us know if the tracking does not arrive within this time period.

Pre-orders

We will do our best to ship pre-orders on or before the release date. Please note that release dates can and offen are pushed back so follow the pre-order section for info on your pre-order. Pre—orders made with titles in stock will ship when the pre-order item arrives.

Returns

Products purchased via the website can only be returned if damaged or if theres a manufacturing issue. If you receive a battered package please take pictures for the injuries and do NOT open.
